Verification (before you enter)

• Polite nudges at +12h / +24h if a message sits unanswered.
  
  
• No auto-archive after the first message—you decide when to close.
  
  
• “Close politely” ends a chat with context and refills your slot.
  
  
• Harassment, hate, or manipulation triggers moderation and penalties.
  
  

Trust Score (0–100)

Your Trust Score reflects reliable, respectful behavior:

• On-time replies, kept dates, positive feedback raise it.
  
  
• No-shows, repeated ghosting, or reports lower it.
  
  
• Visible with badges at 70 / 85 / 95 and tips to improve.
  
  

Reporting & enforcement

• One-tap report: safety, harassment, impersonation, scam.
  
  
• Strike ladder: warnings → suspensions → bans for repeat or severe offenses.
  
  
• Moderation audit trail logged for consistency and appeals.
  
  

Date planning safeguards

• Plan inside Bonduo with clear confirm steps and reminders.
  
  
• No-show policy enforced (impacts Trust Score; repeated offenses suspend date-planning).
  
  
• Keep details private until you’re comfortable—no precise locations are shown by Bonduo.
  
  

Privacy & data use

• We collect the minimum to verify identity and improve matching.
  
  
• We do not sell your personal data.
