1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bonduo website or mobile application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any additional terms presented within the Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using Bonduo immediately.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted here. Continued use of Bonduo after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Bonduo.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

  • you are legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction

  • all information you provide is accurate and truthful

  • you are not prohibited from using online dating platforms

We may refuse or revoke access to anyone who violates these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within Bonduo—including text, graphics, logos, images, UI elements, software, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Symbiosis E-com OÜ and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may NOT:

  • copy, reproduce, or distribute content

  • use the Service for commercial purposes

  • reverse-engineer the app or website

  • scrape or extract data

  • use our content without written permission

5. User-Submitted Content

You may provide content such as photos, profile text, preferences, messages, or feedback (“User Content”).

By submitting content, you grant Bonduo a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, transmit, and use your content as necessary to operate the Service.

You represent that:

  • You own the rights to the content you upload

  • Your content does not infringe third-party rights

  • Your content does not violate laws or Bonduo’s Community Guidelines

We may remove any content that is harmful, abusive, illegal, or inappropriate.

6. Safety & Verification

Bonduo may require:

  • profile verification photos

  • device checks

  • automated behavior analysis (anti-bot detection)

  • reporting systems for safety violations

We are not responsible for the actions of users; however, we maintain systems to reduce misconduct and assist with safety enforcement.

Users must behave respectfully and follow all guidelines.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Bonduo offers a 7-day free trial, followed by a $9.99/month recurring subscription unless otherwise specified.

By subscribing, you agree that:

  • your subscription renews automatically

  • cancellations must occur before the next billing cycle

  • fees are charged to your chosen payment method

  • subscriptions are for individual use only

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that misuse subscriptions.

8. Refund Policy

Bonduo offers:

7-day free trial

You may cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.

Refunds After Billing

Once the trial ends and a billing period begins, payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

9. No Guarantees of Outcomes

Bonduo is a platform that facilitates introductions and messaging.
We do not guarantee:

  • matches

  • dates

  • relationships

  • compatibility

  • user behavior

  • safety of interactions

  • personal outcomes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

10. Testimonials

Any testimonials or user stories shown in the app or on the website reflect individual experiences. They do not guarantee similar results.

11. Prohibited Conduct

While using Bonduo, you agree NOT to:

  • harass, stalk, threaten, or harm others

  • impersonate others or use fake identities

  • submit false information

  • upload explicit, violent, or hateful content

  • engage in fraud, spam, or scams

  • access the Service using automated tools

  • interfere with security or the platform’s functionality

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

12. Limitation of Liability

Bonduo and Symbiosis E-com OÜ are not liable for:

  • user-generated content

  • user behavior

  • lost data

  • damages arising from use or inability to use the Service

  • interactions online or offline

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Where legally permitted, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

13. Community Guidelines

Respectful behavior is required.
Bonduo may remove users who violate community rules without refund.
Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or harmful behavior is strictly prohibited.

14. Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • keeping your login credentials secure

  • reporting unauthorized access

  • using a secure device and network

We may suspend accounts suspected of unauthorized activity.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion, including:

  • violations of these Terms

  • safety concerns

  • fraudulent activity

  • abusive or harmful behavior

You may delete your account anytime through the app.

16. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

Disputes shall be resolved through:
